There are a number of ways you can get involved as a volunteer with Enrich. For available opportunities, please see below.
We are looking for volunteer mentors for our upcoming one-off money-management mentoring workshop from 10am until 1pm on Sunday 23rd April, 2017. No prior experience is necessary, however priority will be given to those with a financial services background or mentoring experience. Mentorship is a valuable opportunity for our workshop participants to review the money-management skills they have learned in Enrich workshops and to be further motivated to stay on track towards their goals. Find more details and sign up here.
Balance on a Shoestring participants
We are looking for individual or team participants for our second annual fundraiser, Balance on a Shoestring. The challenge will run from 15th – 19th May and participants will be challenged to live on the daily budget of $84 and receive daily challenges and predicaments that will affect their budget. The challenge is based on the real experiences of migrant domestic workers in our city, making it a great opportunity to gain unique insight to the financial difficulties they face. All funds raised will support Enrich’s financial and empowerment education programmes that equip migrant domestic workers with skills to save, budget, and plan or their financial goals. Find all details here.
Learning & Development Trainer
We are looking for an experienced learning and development coach to work with the Enrich operations team and ambassadors to deliver pro bono training workshops. Enrich ambassadors are migrant domestic workers who have graduated from our programmes and are now assisting with outreach and promotions of our services. Both the ambassadors and the Enrich operations team require training in effective communications, networking and influencing, and general marketing skills. If you feel you have the skills necessary, please contact info @ enrichhk .org with a copy of your CV and the reasons you are interested in this post.
Enrich requires an experienced IT professional to support with general maintenance of our IT systems. We are a small team so don’t anticipate this role will require much time per month, but access to regular support would be an enormous support to our operations. For more information on our requirements, please contact info @ enrichhk .org.
Events Manager volunteer
We are celebrating our tenth year anniversary this year and are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled volunteer Event Manager to coordinate the number of events we will be running in 2017. We can offer a flexible working arrangement for the right candidate. More information: here.
We are always looking for passionate people to volunteer with us. If you find none of the above opportunities suitable, but still would like to volunteer, please send us a copy of your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short paragraph detailing the skill set or capacity in which you would like to volunteer.
