Trainers
Anne
Bautista Inlong Pursuing
her passion for training and education, Anne is
currently a part-time Kindergarten teacher and
a certified TEFL instructor. When she arrived in
HK in 2005, she did volunteer work for Helpers
for Domestic Helpers and Servicemen¡¦s Guides Association.
As a cancer-survivor, volunteering is her way of
giving something back. In Manila, Anne has more
than 10 years of management experience from diverse
industries. She holds a Bachelor¡¦s degree in Hotel & Restaurant
Administration from the University of the Philippines,
and is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Blossom Valiente Blossom is a Marketing Executive for a HK-based trading
company. She is a fond reader of feminist studies, where every paper she wrote during her university years had been about
women empowerment. She volunteered for
various NGO's in the Philippines prior to relocating to Hong Kong. She considers working with Enrich so far the biggest opportunity to serve her fellow
migrant workers. She speaks fluent Filipino, English and Spanish.
Cita DC Musni Having
worked as Channel Operations Head for the biggest Educational
TV channel in the Philippines, Cita strongly believes
in empowering people through education. Becoming an enrich trainer is her way of making
a difference in other people¡¦s lives. She holds a
degree in Communication Arts and an MA in Developmental
Communications. She has also has 15 years experience
in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. She
is a mother of two kids and speaks English and Tagalog.
Maria Criselda R. Consunji Crisel is a performing artist whose commitment to the arts is equaled by a desire to empower people through it. Having taught drama for young people in the Philippines, she discovered that when channeled properly, artistic expressions can inspire, transform, and empower individuals. With this in mind, she hopes that through the arts, more migrant workers can find their voice that will enable them to take charge of their lives and lead their communities. She is glad to be volunteering for Enrich, as this has broadened her understanding of the joys and challenges of migrant workers, and has developed in her a greater appreciation for their strengths. Crisel has an MA in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University, speaks fluent Filipino and English, and will sing a duet with anyone at any given time of day.
Ping Somporn Bevan (Coordinator) : Ping is originally from Bangkok, Thailand. Over the past 13 years, Ping has experienced a variety of diverse countries and cultures on three continents having lived and worked for blue chip multinational corporations in the fields of shipping and aviation. She is an active volunteer for schools and children¡¦s playgroups. Ping is motivated to use her cultural backgrounds and varied linguistic talents to contribute a positive outcome to the community. Ping believes that education is the one of the best investments one can make for the future. Ping studied English Language and Literature at Thammasat University in Bangkok.
Pristina Oehadijono The majority of the Indonesian¡¦s migrant domestic helpers are the backbone to support their families¡¦ life in their home country. In fact, some of them have returned home with empty handed. Referring to the above situation, Pristina realises that they need to be equipped with knowledge in money management as well as self-awareness about their own future. Not only her 15 years teaching experience in Finance and Economics for undergraduate students in Jakarta-Indonesia but also her experiences in consultancy mainly in Finance and some volunteering experience in women & children, Pristina is keen to contribute her skills in empowering migrant domestic helpers. She holds an MBA degree from University of Oregon, USA
Raul Benjamin Puentespina Benjamin
has worked in the field of Finance, Operations, Training,
Sales and Marketing in various multi-national companies
and church based organizations in Hong Kong and the
Philippines. He has a Masters degree in Business Management
and is fluent in English, Tagalog and Cebuano.
Tim Carey Tim is a Professional Consultant at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate students and manages the internship placements for the I/O Psychology programme. He also consults with MNCs in the Asia-Pacific region and in Europe, mostly around assessment and training issues. Previously he was with Personnel Decisions International (PDI) for four years, working as a consultant and, most recently, the Director of Consulting Services for Greater China. Tim joined the PDI Greater China team after receiving his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Aruni John
Aruni presently works for a charity that is helping
tsunami affected communities in South-East Asia. Her
role as Tsunami Policy and Advocacy Officer involves
training of implementing partners in negotiation skills
and advocacy work. Aruni has committed to give of her
time to ensure that enrich remains
accountable to those it will help ¡V low income women
in Hong Kong. Aruni is fluent
in English and Sinhalese and holds an M.St. in Forced
Migration.
Lenlen Mesina
Lenlen
is
a development worker and an advocate for women's rights.
She believes in the ability of women to make the world
a better place for everyone if given the right opportunities.
Her first research work on women migrant returnees
in the Philippines made her join Enrich realizing the
importance of financial education for women migrants
who are sacrificing time away from their loved ones
to have a brighter future for themselves and their
families. She hopes to provide them with some practical
tools to be able to assert themselves, manage their
finances, feel empowered and achieve their real life
goals.
Myriam Bartu
Myriam has worked with NGOs in China, the UK and Hong
Kong for the past seven years. While working with migrants, ethnic minorities, new arrivals from China and asylum seekers in Hong Kong Myriam discovered that there was a great need for financial education and personal development training among these groups. Myraim co-founded Enrich with the vision to set up an organisation in Hong Kong that can sustainably run training in the languages of these groups. Myriam works as a freelance consultant designing financial education and personal development programs and training NGOs to run these programs. Myriam has an MA in
Chinese Studies and trains in English, Mandarin
and French.
